院長 佐柳 香織
ごあいさつ
このたび、兵庫県川西市で「さやなぎ眼科」を開院しました。
佐柳香織と申します。
神戸大学医学部を卒業後は、大阪大学医学部眼科学教室に入局し、同病院網膜外来や基幹病院で研修をしてきました。専門は加齢黄斑変性をはじめとする黄斑疾患、強度近視です。学位（医学博士）は強度近視による眼合併症の研究で取得しました。また、平成19年にアメリカクリーブランドクリニックコール眼研究所に留学した際には約2年間、黄斑疾患に対する光干渉断層計（OCT）の役割について研究しました。
留学後は大阪厚生年金病院眼科（現、JCHO大阪病院眼科）で緑内障診療にも携わりました。
平成25年からは大阪大学医学部附属病院メディカル網膜外来を担当しています。
最近、外来で「年を取って大学病院まで来られなくなったらどうしよう」と相談されることが増えました。これまで培ってきた経験、知識、技術を生かし、大病院と同じような質の高い医療を身近に感じていただける医院を目指します。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

副院長 山本 拓広
ごあいさつ
こんにちは。副院長の山本拓広と申します。
手術は私が担当しています。地域の基幹病院にて、これまで、白内障手術6500件、硝子体手術2000件を執刀してきました。2023年には、白内障手術800件、硝子体手術200件を執刀し、現在も同様のペースで手術を行っています。
眼は非常に繊細な組織ですので、眼に負担をかけない丁寧な手技はもちろんのこと、先々に起こり得るリスクを想定し回避しながら手術することが大切です。白内障手術はよく“簡単な手術”と言われることがありますが、実際には非常に難しいケースも含まれています。通常のケースはうまくいくけれども、難しい眼ではうまくいかないというのでは困ります。
手術の結果が患者さんの今後の人生を左右する、そういう意識を常に持ち、丁寧な手術を心がけています。最近かすんで見えにくい、ものが歪んで見えるなど、見え方に不安のある方はどうぞご相談ください。
